They left a sign on the door that said “back in 20 minutes”, which could mean in 20 minutes or in under a minute depending on when they left. Who knows. Either way, that sign is meant to make me take my clothes somewhere else. I did that. Next time if you have to close during regular business hours, put the time you left on the sign or make a real sign saying when you’ll be back so we don’t get upset and leave. Because I can’t guess.

Wow. I see why they have a 2 star rating. I decided to try them and the young lady was so rude, I said never-mind and left. I think she was training someone as well.

Horrible. Girl behind the counter was disinterested and distracted. Picked up dry cleaning, and two items are missing. Basically no recourse, “ we only type in what we get” $90 and now missing two items. Worthless

I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when I pay for a service, but Peerless Cleaners and Crystal failed miserably on both counts. I will never be returning to this establishment and will be sure to share my experience with others to warn them of the poor service and rude staff they might encounter.
