Online store hours show that they close at 7 PM there’s a person inside the store that has the doors unlocked and when we walked in, she said that they were closed. No real reason she just said that they close at six even though they’re online hours state otherwise.

Bottom Line Up Front: Take your business elsewhere. I had 5 garments in for one day turnaround service before leaving for a professional conference the next day. I called the night before pick-up to confirm the store would be open as posted at 6:30AM and was told yes. When I arrived at 7:30AM the next morning, no one was there. This place always burns and ruins clothes and they dont take responsibility. The workers only last 1 month so it's also pure chaos of inexperienced employees. Go anywhere else.
