Lost items and late clothes are a theme.
Horrible customer service and employees don’t care about the customers. Hell I will drive to Houston to avoid this group.
If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I have lived in Corpus for 9 months and have taken my husband’s shirts to be cleaned and pressed every week. We have gotten plenary of shirts back missing buttons. They break buttons on your shirt however are not responsible for them….. I dropped a shirt off that I had already paid to have cleaned and pressed to have button’s put on the cuffs. 5 days and 3 visits later I pick it up and still no buttons!! They lied…. Taken my uniform and suits there multiple times now and have never had an issue.
They are literally never open. I confirmed after 5 on Friday because of past experiences of going the weekend with my clothes hijacked. I dropped my clothes off for a weekend wedding. On Wednesday. They said be here by 5 on Friday 5:30 the latest. I’m here 5:03 and they are closed. It’s not my first disappointment but it’s my last. Honestly I don’t think they care about the ratings.
