i would rate it 0 starts if i can!! the old lady is very rude and horrible customer service, i would go to the one next to chilis never had a problem. just lost a customer. Plus the welders starch sucks! never going to peerless again!

The woman who answered the phone was so unprofessional and sounded like she was from a third world country. Didn’t let me finish speaking. And stuttered a bit and did that uuum like can you do it or not I would never ever take any clothing of value over there. Their customer service is horrible!!! Learn to listen b!tch. Cause that’s how you came off. You have to let one finish speaking or aski a question before cutting them and trying to tel someone oh it’s not leather. For 300 dollars it better be. Came during lunch break, which is when most people have time to drop off dry-cleaning, sign says, "On break, Be back in 15." Waited 30, and they never came back. Who knows how long the sign was out before I got there.
