Absolute worst service, ever. I took my items in, gave them a specific pick up time, called to make sure my items would be done in time, came to pick them up and I was handed someone else’s clothes. My clothes were nowhere to be found! Eventually they were found, dirty in a hamper. Store credit was offered but that does nothing for me when I need the clothes for tomorrow morning. I will never ever return and will make sure that everyone I know knows not to use their services.

Service members. Don't take your uniforms here. They lose items then refuse to even let you file a complaint. Customer was told by manager that he didn't care if they reported to better business association and refused information about who to talk to about loss.
