DO NOT USE THEM. I had them clean my couch and mattress. First, there was an awful smell that stayed on my couch for weeks. Second, my couch looked worse after they left. I called them everyday for 3 weeks to express what happened. Each time they said that a manager would call me back in 20 minutes. I'm still waiting.
