We had a great experience at Pedistat! Nurse Macy was so friendly and wonderful with my 5yr old daughter. She even told my other children that if they were good, they could have a popsicle afterward, which definitely helped persuade my two younger kids to behave in the doctor’s office. If you know, you know! 🤣 Dr. Warlick was great as well. He was kind, thorough, and had us in and out quickly while still taking the time to address our concerns. Dr. Warlick and Nurse Macy were absolutely amazing! They were both so kind, compassionate, and wonderful with my daughter. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful visit so much easier. We truly felt cared for from start to finish. It's a wonderful clinic with an incredibly kind and professional team. They have all the necessary services, including on-site X-rays, which makes the care very convenient. They are extremely patient with autistic children, giving them loving treatment. They always take the time to clearly explain the situation, its evolution, and the steps to follow for a quick recovery.
Brought my daughter in yesterday and I am beyond glad I did. She had a pretty nasty ear infection that Dr Walker got us some relief for. Nurse Brooke was so sweet, kind and extremely personable. She brought out a smile and laugh from my daughter that I hadn’t heard in a few days due to her pain. We got our paperwork from someone else and she was also so nice. From entry to exit, we always feel at home. We have always had a great experience with our wild boys as well. Thanks Pedistat!
This is by daft the best urgent care you can go to! EVERYTIME we come we are greeted with smiles and urgency. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly FAST. Especially with sick kiddos and crunch times. This facility is always going to be my number 1!!!! Today we were assisted by Dr. Walker & Nurse Brooke they were GREAT! Brooke has the most gentle voice and bright smile ready to help! Dr Walker was super fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the awesome care!
