We typically do not write reviews but after our experience this Monday 11/10/25 we had to. Our 7yr old daughter fell and busted her chin wide open. To most that may seem like a typical thing considering how many kids or adults today have a scar of some sort on their chin from some childhood incident. With that being said we have four daughters and out of all of them she is the most emotionally sensitive. This is by daft the best urgent care you can go to! EVERYTIME we come we are greeted with smiles and urgency. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly FAST. Especially with sick kiddos and crunch times. This facility is always going to be my number 1!!!! Today we were assisted by Dr. Walker & Nurse Brooke they were GREAT! Brooke has the most gentle voice and bright smile ready to help! Dr Walker was super fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the awesome care!
Nurse Brooke was so friendly and engaging with my son after he busted his head open this weekend! We loved her! And Dr. Walker was very patient and kind with him while he received 2 staples. They made the situation quick and as painless as possible for us! We had never been here before but will definitely return when needed and avoid a trip to the ER if we can!
I had a great experience at this clinic. The nurse was super helpful, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The entire staff was excellent and provided outstanding service. The doctor truly listened to my concerns and took the time to address them, which made me feel heard and cared for. I highly recommend this clinic
Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and smiley. You can truly tell they enjoy working in pediatrics, and that makes such a difference in where this mama feels comfortable bringing her kids. The clinic was clean, wait times were short, and the care felt attentive and genuine. A big thank you to Dr. Walter, Nurse Brook, and the front desk staff for making our visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
