We had a wonderful experience at PediStat. Dr. Mailey and Nurse Brooke were absolutely amazing with my girls. They were both so kind, patient, and attentive, which really helped put my kids at ease. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids they treat. I’m so grateful for their compassion and excellent care. Highly recommend!
I took my 18 year daughter in and everyone was so kind and fast! Nurse Brooke talked with her and really seemed interested and caring. Dr. Walker saw her and quickly ordered an xray and reported back to us with good news of no break. Hopefully we don't need to go back but definitely recommend them!
We typically do not write reviews but after our experience this Monday 11/10/25 we had to. Our 7yr old daughter fell and busted her chin wide open. To most that may seem like a typical thing considering how many kids or adults today have a scar of some sort on their chin from some childhood incident. With that being said we have four daughters and out of all of them she is the most emotionally sensitive. We were here last night due to an injury and truly had the best experience ever. EVERYONE is so very kind, upbeat, and skilled at their jobs! My daughter was so scared, but the atmosphere here really helped. They saw her quickly and took such good care of her. I wasn’t even sure there would be an urgent care open after 8pm on Sunday and really didn’t want to have to go to the ER. I was so happy to find this place. I was also impressed with how clean it is. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and smiley. You can truly tell they enjoy working in pediatrics, and that makes such a difference in where this mama feels comfortable bringing her kids. The clinic was clean, wait times were short, and the care felt attentive and genuine. A big thank you to Dr. Walter, Nurse Brook, and the front desk staff for making our visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
