This new way of checking in Sucks! My first appt I called to let them know I was there. I waited 45 minutes after my appt and finally I walked to the door to be let in amd got a room. Then i waited another 30 minutes for even a nurse to see me. Now its my second appt and I waited 30 minutes outside in the heat with my 1 month old daughter and I was told to call in. I did. waited another 20 minutes so far. waiting a phone call back...This is a bunch of crap. no sense in making an appt if your not going to be seen on time. i u... read more

New to this facility. First time calling for an appointment. Receptionist was rude. We will find another pediatrician. Hope no one else experience her.
RecommendedNice environment. They have 2 separate waiting areas, the well zone & sick zone. The wait is normally minimal and I love my children's Dr.
Dr Allen is great with my boys but I’ve called twice today for medical advice for my sick kid and once never got a return call and secondly I called was told to hold on and got hung up on!
We left this pediatrician due to insurance fraud, they stated our daughter was sick and she wasn’t. we was there for a well child check! We changed pediatricians immediately!
they don't want to answer the phones, have some of the rudest nurses and receptionists. the only thing good about them is the doctors. love our doctor but this is ridiculous.
You can’t and won’t get anyone to answer the phone for anything. Sure the doctors are great but, good luck if you are needing one of them... We have had this problem for MONTHS.
