Our experience was awesome!!!!!! We were seen really close to closing time. He didn’t rush the visit at all. His staff was off for the day and came in just to assist him during my daughters visit!!! We need more caring and loving doctors like Dr. Sims.
They were very efficient and friendly while taking care of my children. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for late night sick visits and it’s definitely a plus it’s right near Children’s Hospital if your child needs to be referred there.
Dr.Sims and his staff was very polite and professional me and my daughter didn't have to wait long to be seen and they treated her very nicely I would definitely recommend Dr.sims facility
We had a wonderful experience at Pediatric PM Urgent Care! The online registration process was quick and convenient. Dr.Sims and his staff could not have been any nicer! They were fantastic with my child and treated him like family. Dr. Sims even walked outside to make sure we got to our car safely. In the future I wouldn’t mind driving the extra miles just to go there. Dr. Sims even called us on the weekend to follow up.
