The nurses aren't that bad but the receptionist and Dr were very ill mannered.Also I arrived around 4 due to transportation issues but because it was so late they couldn't take a simple blood test for my child.It wasn't even 4:30 and it takes maybe 5 minutes to get a sample...That's ridiculous.
This facility is very unprofessional I have waited over 45 mins in the waiting room bc the receptionist forgot to check us in You cannot get an appointment with waiting 1-2 months . The front desk is very unintelligent and unprofessional we definitely recommend another pediatrician
I was a patient of this clinic as a child, now my own child is a patient. We normally don't have to wait long to be seen and our nurse is always super friendly. Dr. Mckeethren pretty much gets in and out but she always gets the job done. I do think that paying to park is a bit ridiculous, however, we literally only go maybe once every three months or so. Thus, paying to park isn't that big of a deal for us!
