We simply love this man. Truly has a gift caring for children. Made us feel like we weren’t crazy but at the same time is totally realistic about stuff.
Don’t go to this office. Dr. Watkins is amazing and so is his PA Ashley but his nurses are extremely rude. I tried to talk to a nurse today to ask a medical question. I told her we see another doctor closer to home sometimes bc we live an hour and half away. The nurse Mona decided to lecture me on seeing two doctors and told me that Dr. Watkins wouldn’t see my child if he knew that. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Love our pediatricians of Dallas , they are all wonderful Doctors, Nurses and staff. Dr. James Watkins is the best Doctor my kids ever had , his knowledgeable, kind and patience. Highly recommend, can't say enough about them!!!
