I come this place when I was litter girl I remembered A lady Name and she had a son named Cole
I just called to inquire about having my son go there and the lady on the phone was rude. When you are in a customer service position you should be able to communicate in a kind manner. I literally asked a question like are the therapies only at your location or do therapist come to the home? She said "home". All one word answers then preceeded to tell me how full they were in the 4:30 time slot. I'm a working paying customer that would never go there even if they had openings based on that conversation. The best therapist in South Florida, hands down!!!! I'm a paranoid mother who has trust issues with really anyone, but not here!! This is my daughter's second house and we are all a family!!!
I love my son's therapyst!!! She is so sweet!!! But the front desk lady, is so rude.
The lady that posted about the front desk being rude must not be telling the full story. I have been coming to PTA for 9 years and these people that make up PTA are the warmest, most hard working and loving people I have ever met. Unfortunately, you will not experience that. Best of luck .
