After being a patient with them for 7 yrs with 6 children I was told that when a glitch came up with our dental coverage that they couldn't just go on "good faith" and keep our appts which are 4 days away because they don't want stuck with a bill should the insurance not pay. GOOD FAITH??? I should have a proven track record after 7 years and 6 kids!! I have always paid the portions not covered before!! My oldest has braces which were not covered!!! My son was a patient for one day with Dr Day and is still traumatized today about dentist! That was roughly 20 years ago ! And to know other children are receiving the same treatment today that my son did makes me sick! I pray he gets exposed for who he truly is! Shouldn't be allowed to practice period!!! The office needs to be closed !
You can't strap children down to a table and not expect them to have a fear of going to the dentist. Worst place ever!!!!!!
