I had a good time despite the fact I was in the hospital I was in cdu nurse bonnie was amazing. All the respiratory staff were amazing
No waiting in waiting room. Caring, knowledgeable staff. In and out in 2 hours.
Was there a couple weeks ago and this one nurse had the worst attitude like she didn't care... I forgot to file a complaint on her
All the nurses was great the only complaint I had is for No One hardly being in the emergency room it took them 3 hours to take care of me
Wait times for an ER are mind boggling. Criminally negligent in my opinion.
I can't say one good thing. Memorial is no better. No chairs, no doctors, no techs. What a complete fiasco.

A great experience at the hospital while having our baby. Nurses and doctors were polite and accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. However, the nice experience ends once you start dealing with the billing department, which is serviced by a third party out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Have spoken to them three separate times and still don’t have the proper billing.
