The building was nice and clean.the staff was very professional and caring

The parking was the most confusing. Other than that, staff were real nice.
In the last 4 years I've been diagnosed with over 20-something illnesses and I finally had a doctor listen to me saying that I believe it's a nerve problem Gabapentin fixed and hip Indiana made me get rid of that doctor that fixed me imagine that
To all the Pre-OP, OR, Post-OP, Surgical floor nurses at St Joe thank you for all the care! You are the best and believe me I have received a lot of nursing care for surgery in the past. I was at peace with all of you looking out for me.
I had a balance due after insurance payment. I was sending a payment of $50 for 4mos then I got a bill from a collection agency. When I asked why I was told that I didn't make arrangements and account wasn't paid in full. I asked them if that was the case why did they accept my payments . This was quite misleading. I agreed to make 3 payments in 3 months 1by telephone to keep it out of collection and they agreed. Today I gets bill by both for the last payment. The hospital "Lied".
1st Time I Was Ever @ The New Hospital.. Very Organized & very Professional. Made Me Feel @ Comfortable .. Very Nice People.
They were kind and everything. They help me. The nurses were kind and caring right along with the doctor. I want to thank everyone.
Me and my wife just had twin daughters the labor and delivery was amazing to her the whole time we was waiting for our babies they had to go to the nicu but let me tell u that staff Is one amazing staff they comfort us in needs and made us always feel like everything was going to be Okey. I felt like The whole nursing on the 4th floor went out and beyond I want them to know they all touch my heart and my family's and we can't thank them enough
