RecommendedMy Mom has been a patient there for a couple years and loves all the staff there! They go above and beyond for the residents...my Dad visited a lot of nursing homes and choose Holy Cross for my Mom!!!
Currently sitting in the parking lot at the Medical office building. My husband went in to take my 3 year old to a PT appt. he was approached with the temp scan and was demanded that he remove his Thin Red Line face covering because “it wasnt suitable for the office”. And then they proceeded to try and put a mask on my daughter. We come in one a week for her therapy and every week they harass me for not wearing a mask for medical exemptions and proceed to try and put one on my daughter. Enough is enough. They are disorganized and keep elderly patients waiting for extended periods of time will not allow one family member to accompany them even though I was assured when scheduling that it wouldn’t be a problem for me to accompany her. 🤬

ED staff was very rude when we brought in a family member who was very ill. Unnecessary comment made...just do your job. Also, dropped of their glasses the next day and had to sign a waiver in case you lost them...that’s reassuring.
