My daughter broke her arm pretty badly a month ago and needed surgery to put 3 pins in. It had been a very scary afternoon/evening for all of us, but upon meeting Dr. Martin at Childrens, he put our fears at ease. He has been absolutely amazing, and between him and the nurses, and even the ones working the desk, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for us all. Also, Gabe in casting-simply amazing, he put up with a lot putting my daughters cast on! ;-) Thank you all, your all so amazing, keep it up! ♡
From the moment we walked in the staff was great with my daughter. She was really scared and worried because I couldn't prepare her ahead of time because I didn't know what to expect. The nurse that met us and took us back to the doctor we saw (Dr. Emily) everyone was great. They helped put my daughter at ease little by little. The lady that helped my daughter get her prize at the end as well. Thank you. Thank you for helping a little girl go from scared to enjoying a Dr's visit.
We love the Doctors, nurses and staff. Excellent care! Caring and compassionate !
I called the scheduling department to verify my son's appointment and to get some additional information. The person on the phone was extremely rude and curt, as if I was bothering them. Didn't even try to help point me in the right direction to help get answers I needed. They just told me to call the hospital to get any information I needed. The thing is, is that YOU requested the information from the hospital, and I needed to verify that you received it. Nothing but problems ever since we've been coming there...unbelievabl... read more
I took my son to his annual opthalmology visit and it was really nice. Great staff and great service!
