The worst. I tried to get an appointment, they said I need to fill out some forms and that I will be put on the 6-12 month waitlist. I fill out the forms and send them. I don’t hear back if I’m in the waitlist yet. Made several attempts to call them. No one responds. Finally I get to talk to someone, they say they have not received my forms I sent two weeks ago... The doctor are fantastic. My son sees three doctor there and they make him feel so at ease. He is comfortable talking to them and they talk to him, so he's in on everything thing that's going on. So glad we go referred to them .
Staff and doctor are the best I definitely recommend them .

So today was the straw the broke the camel’s back. They forgot about us. NO ONE shared we were waiting and NO ONE came to see what the situation was until 55 minutes after our appointment time. Also they don’t know how to download information and always struggle with technology. While the Nurse and LPN apologized, it was an extremely frustrating visit.
I would highly recommend this practice! I’m happy with the doctor that I see. Doctor G is awesome!! I would recommend your practice! It’s a great practice! The doctor is awesome!!
My son was supposed to have an appointment with you today at 10:25am on the PSV floor of the Fairfax ROC. We arrived early for the appointment (roughly 10:10am), completed paperwork and emailed our insurance card, and were directed to the waiting area. Little did I know we’d be waiting there until past noon, only to find out the ophthalmologist was already gone from the facility for the day.
