We went in yesterday. The staff and doctor were so wonderful with our 3yo and 1yo. Cars 3 was played for our 3yo to keep him going. Both kiddos were cavity free. Actually, thanks to the doctor, our teeth brushing with the 3yo is now easier and he isn’t such a bear to deal with. We are on the right track with our 1yo now as well. Thanks so much for being great to our kiddos.

Highly recommend! My timid, cautious child had an AMAZING first dentist visit! They couldn't have been more kind, calm, and patient with her. The front desk area is calm and relaxing with a quiet show playing. The hygienist was sweet, helpful, and motivated to do the job and do it well all while working with/not against my child 😊. Everyone at Pediatric Smiles was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Francois was awesome with my little 1 yr old daughter who did good doing the exam. I would recommend them.

I took my son who is almost 4 for the first time today. We were both a little nervous but we were immediately put to ease by everyone in the office! They were very patient and focused so much on how to help keep him calm by explaining everything first and letting him feel everything! I was very impressed on all levels! We will definitely be going back!
Dr. Francois and his staff are fantastic! My four daughters all love them and getting them to all agree on anything is rare. We have been seeing Dr. Francois for many years and were excited for him when he opened his own practice. He is a great dentist and I have a great deal of confidence in him and know that he has my daughters oral health and their happiness in his best interest. We love the new office and the level of attention from each staff member. I can’t recommend them enough.
Fantastic office! Dr. Francois and all the staff were excellent with my daughter who has sensory processing and high anxiety at the dentist. They didn't act scared of her when she got nervous and also reacted very little to her nervousness and crying, which was exactly what she needed. We are on our 3rd pediatric dentist with her and I was about to give up. Thank you Dr. Francois!
