RecommendedWe had our sons first visit today. The office was nice, super kid friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and very kind. They took their time to explain things to me... and my son so he was comfortable. Im taking my daughter back next week. Im exicted to see how they do with her. 5 stars.
Such a good experience. We have 3 year old twins and we were really nervous about going to the dentist, but they both LOVED it. No tears shed and smiles all the way through. Not only that, they were super knowledgeable and very patient. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Francois and his staff are AMAZING!!! My daughter needed to be seen immediately, we called and talked with Dr. Francois personally and he got my daughter in the very next morning. We are new patients and couldn’t be happier! Fantastic experience for my daughter! My son is scheduled to go in later this month for a check up! I can’t wait! We had a fantastic experience here at my daughter's first dentist appointment! Dr. Francois was very knowledgeable and shared tips and new information with us to help set us up for success with my daughter's dental health! He was patient and took time to answer all of our questions. The whole staff is super friendly and it was a wonderful visit from start to finish! We look forward to many more years of visits!
They were so patient and kind. They really got in on my kids level and explained to her everything they were doing.
When you tell your kids they have a dentist appointment, do they all get excited, start whooping and hollering & high fiving each other?? Do they start reminiscing about how much they’ve enjoyed previous visits?!! Do they immediately start arguing about who gets to go first??? If not..... get yourself to Pediatric Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Francois is so very kind, and personally calls to make sure kids are doing well after procedures. Everyone in his office is just delightful.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Francois and everyone at Pediatric Smiles Dentistry! My son was hit in the teeth hard at school and it was an emergency. He got us right in and took great care of my son. His staff is so kind and they were all very supportive, caring, and professional! He was able to go ahead and take him into the surgery room and move his teeth back into place and put a splint on them. I highly recommend this wonderful place!
I cannot say enough great things about Pediatric Smiles. The staff, hygienists and Dr. Francois were incredibly good with my 2 year old and extremely patient when he wouldn’t cooperate. The environment is warm and welcoming and we will definitely be back!
