Good Professional Service
My daughter had a nice dentist prior, but a stressful experience. She was afraid and all the staff were very kind, understanding, and soothing through the entire process. Each person was clear with their directions and what she should expect so that she wasn’t surprised with each task. We came knowing we needed work on some cavities and we didn’t feel judged about coming in with a cavities, and instead felt reassured that each would be taken care of and she would be provided the tools and knowledge to prevent cavities in the... read more
My son is 3, and this was his first visit to “the big kid dentist.” He was scared of the xrays and the tech was flexible with how to help him get his xrays done, and after the first “picture” was on display, the rest were easy and he was excited about seeing his teeth each time. Each person was gentle with how they talked to him and made sure his first dentist appointment there was a pleasant experience.
I took my 3 year old son here for a cleaning and they were great! The staff was super nice and did a great job making the experience great for my son. The office is adorable and the waiting area has toys and a video game which my son loved.
Oh we just adore Pediatric Smiles. We drive from Orange Park to specifically to see these lovely ladies. My son adores them as I do too! Best pediatric dentist in town.

My son has always had difficulties with going to the dentist...he absolutely hated it! But Pediatric Smiles has made him feel extremely comfortable and he even goes back to the back alone! The staff are very professional, personable, and build a great rapport with the children and parents. I highly recommend them.
