Great office! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Dr. Suggs was great! They helped schedule us a sooner appointment with their call list for canceled appointments.
My daughter has been going to Pediatric Smiles since she was 1yrs old and is now 8yrs old. Dr. Shuggs and her staff are amazing....always welcoming, courteous and professional. Oh and I can't forget to mention our FAVORITE dental assistant Christina...she's so funny...we just adore her. Thank you all for being AMAZING.
They are one of the best pediatric dentists in Jacksonville! My 23 year old went here until he was 18 and now we have a 6 year old and he absolutely loves going to the dentist. They are PHENOMENAL with children! Thank you guys for allowing me to be able to depend on my child receiving excellent care everytime he has a visit.
We have 6 children so the trip to the dentist can be ‘a lot of fun’. We have experienced bad dentist...and this is the opposite. Even we Covid protocols, we had a great experience. Friendly and very knowledgable staff. Great working with our large family.
All three of our children love this office! So glad to have found Dr Suggs and Pediatric Smiles!

Justin had a nice dentist visit today. And we really appreciated the care you all took to make sure the environment was safe for our son.
Staff was helpful in providing clear instructions regarding their COVID procedures pertaining to appointments. Communicated their needs and expectations that applied to my specific appointment which included a $10 copay for COVID compliant updates to the office. Annoyed with the need to charge the fee but also understand their need to offset costs and at least it is reasonable.
This was our first visit since Corona safety measures were implemented. I really appreciated the process of scheduling and completing forms online to our arrival. Calling to check-in and then staff walked out to pick up patient and returned her back to the car afterwards. Staff is fully clothed with protective coverings, masks, and shields for their protection and of course patients also wear masks inside.
