From start to finish, the appointment has been a great experience. The front desk representative was super etiquettete, patient, very knowledgeable and courtesy via phone and in person. I called in advance to find out if they were taking new patients and since they were she suggested emailling the new patient package and completing in advance ideally cut my appointment visit significantly.
