Never answers phones! Left on hold for over 25 minutes then hung up on because it was their lunch hour. Answer the calls you put on hold before you go to lunch
If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionists are rude and are not properly trained. Wait time is ridiculous. Dr.Ortiz is a great doctor but dealing with her staff is the reason why we are not returning. If you like to wait for hours to be seen,have your calls not answered, and deal with rude receptionists then pediatric partners is for you. Good luck.
