In addition to the prior experience I have to now take off another star and if it was an option put zero stars I would. Not only does this place have horrible front desk staff, they also submit erroneous billing service. I took my 9yr old daughter in for her annual check up. The did their annual check, a hearing test and gave her a flu shot. All very basic stuff that's 100% covered by my insurance.
