Lo peor que puede haber en el área falta de comunicación con los pacientes. No se si es error de los doctores o las recepcionistas. Mis hijas tenían la cita en Lakeland en diciembre y por cuestiones de salud la tuve que reprogramar me la dejaron hasta hoy 11 de marzo. Y cuando llego a la clínica resulta que esta cerrado llamo y me dicen que la cita era en Tampa no me avisaron nada y ahora me la querían reprogramar hasta mayo. Pero bien que se cobran del seguro. Dr Arisu and his staff are very friendly. I love how the P.A. Pays very close attention to all my needs and concerns when it came to my childrens health. Dr Arisu goes in after and reviews whatever the P.A wrote down. I took my daughter here as a newborn and she is 3 years old now. I’m taking my son now and they’ve been great with both. Their pediatrician wasn’t much help when it came to my concerns and dr Arisu and his staff got the ball rolling on ordering tests and made me feel at ease.
