The care was provided very quickly. Blood work and X-rays were done promptly, and we were pleasantly surprised that the entire visit took only about two hours from check-in to discharge. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Nurse Sara and NP Melissa Hare— they explained everything very clearly and interacted with my toddler in such a warm, playful way, which made a big difference for us. Had to take my little dude in about a month ago. No one wants to go to the ER for their kiddo, but it couldn't have been a better experience. What a great staff. They were so great with my little man l, and worked together so well as a team to make it a good experience for us.
This is a great pediatric ER that truly functions at a high efficiency level. We were met with kindness, and had phenomenal care from start to finish! We are so grateful for the team who helped take care of our sweet gal!
My husband and I brought our 13 month old here after he fell and cut his head. We thought he might need stitches and so we took him in. The pediatric waiting area was very nice and comfortable, we did not have to wait long and vitals were taken within 10 min of being there. We were then escorted to a room where the doctor came in and was attentive and quick. The PA came in and glued and steri - stitched our son’s wound and we were on our way. I took my 3 year old son today he was crying in pain in hospital for almost 3 hour during that time one person inside was shouting loudly and arguing with the staff inside due to which my son got panicked and started crying more and when I was about walking out after waiting so long took me in with no help at all waited half an hour in the room to be seen by doctor, doctor recommended to see primary care worst hospital ever no one cares even for little children and they don’t deserve one star also. 24 hours emergency care th... read more
