We came here on a Sunday and the nurse and doctor were so nice but I had to come back due to my child’s symptoms worsening 2 days later on a Tuesday night, that visit was a nightmare! The care was provided very quickly. Blood work and X-rays were done promptly, and we were pleasantly surprised that the entire visit took only about two hours from check-in to discharge. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Nurse Sara and NP Melissa Hare— they explained everything very clearly and interacted with my toddler in such a warm, playful way, which made a big difference for us. Had to take my little dude in about a month ago. No one wants to go to the ER for their kiddo, but it couldn't have been a better experience. What a great staff. They were so great with my little man l, and worked together so well as a team to make it a good experience for us.
This is a great pediatric ER that truly functions at a high efficiency level. We were met with kindness, and had phenomenal care from start to finish! We are so grateful for the team who helped take care of our sweet gal!
