Went here for my 1.5 y/o child’s first ever dental visit, and I’m very glad I chose this place. Super friendly staff! I love how they worked well with my toddler even though my toddler wasn’t the most cooperative. They didn’t make me feel like a burden or anything. Super quick and easy. Definitely recommend this place for parents! Will definitely be back in 6 months.
Front office associate was rude. Would not recommend anyone to come here. They told me we can’t come to be serviced because I had an unforeseen circumstance happen the day of the appointment and they told me to find a new dentist. They refused to let me reschedule the appointment. They also pick and chose who they want to be nice to…The lady did not care - was not empathic at all, had an attitude, and just gave the “that’s not my problem” attitude. Definitely unprofessional and Definitely make you all look bad as a business.
All 4 of my kids had appointments today at 10am we were done and walking out at 10:50am . I love ALL the staff they are all very sweet and helpful and are very good with making sure the younger two were comfortable and knew what was going on. I would 100 out of 10 recommend this dentist. Also I love how they decorate for all the upcoming holidays it's so cute and welcoming!
This place is amazing for my kiddos! Decorations are above and beyond! Staff is so friendly and calm. They take time and effort to discuss teeth issues. Efficient with our time too! Can’t say enough great things! Definitely recommend!
3.5 stars. We have been bringing our children here for 3 or so years and we really love Dr. Zach and the back office staff but the front office staff are generally unfriendly and rude. Calling to schedule appointments is dreadful because it seems they are genuinely annoyed you called and could care less to help you.
