RecommendedDr Hicks and his staff are so nice and patient; they really put kids at ease! Dr Hicks is thorough and does great work. My kids look forward to going to the dentist because the experience is crafted for their comfort. They have a movie room off of the regular waiting room, and movie screens above each exam chair, where kids can continue to watch the movie after they are taken back. l witnessed the Doctor correct his assistant in a very rude manner. Smack dab in my face. I work as a billing manager for 3 practices. That's a no no.
Our Fav. Place for kids dental work. Have 11 and 3 year old and both are always excited to meet Dr. Hicks. Love the way he take care and talks to them. Truly happy and will recommend for any kid who is trouble when it comes to dental issue.
When the doctor will personally reply to your email about your kid’s dental health and your concerns - you know you’ve met a doctor who cares! My son loves going to he dentist; a trait I wish I would have developed at his age.
If you need a great dentist with a great atmosphere for your children Pediatric Dentistry of Johns Creek #PediatricDentistryOfJohnsCreek is top notch! All the staff has great energy which helped Nevaeh feel comfortable and happy. If you have to wait for a while, they even have a mini theater where you can watch movies. After she was done they gave her a balloon, the normal bag with toothbrush etc., and a token to get something out of a mini toy machine. All the key ingredients for happy children.

Dr. Hicks and his staff are beyond measure. You will always be greated with a genuine smile and great care. I am not easy to please but I have nothing to complain about. My son has a significant over jet and Dr. Hicks bedside manner is amazing! The girls always remember the children's names, are super warm and friendly! They always offer logical and finacially sound advice. They are truly in it for the care of the customer!
