I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Hicks and his staff! I was a little nervous about taking my 3 year old twins and one year old for their first dentist visit this morning, but it was a WONDERFUL experience. From the moment we walked in the door and the kids saw their names on the chalkboard, to after our visit when Dr. Hicks brought a form I needed all the way out to my car, it was apparent that the staff truly cared about my family. I loved it there. My two kids have been given an excellent care. Dr. Hicks is very professional and kind, his comments are detailed and precise. The office is very clean. They have nice and cozy room in a waiting area, where kids can watch their favorite movies. There is no waiting time like you usually have in other doctor offices. We have been invited inside before our appointment time. The front desk is terrific!!! Thank you very much for a such great experience!
My first experience with Dr. Hicks was at another practice. In my experience, with previous pediatric dentist, he was the first dentist who understood working with children of special needs. He is very patient and understanding. I am so glad that he has opened his own practice. Highly recommend.
Our daughter's first visit was amazing! She had a fun and exciting time with the staff! They were friendly, courteous and professional. She can't wait to go back to the dentist. Thank you for making her first visit a great one!
Phenomenal experience with Dr. Hicks! The TVs suspended from the ceiling are too cool! Thank you for creating a kind, comfortable, caring environment for our kids. Couldn't recommend more!
