Is there an actual "Child Friendly Doctor" because Dr. Malad Vakili has been nothing but unprofessional and unsympathetic to my child.
Absolutely love them...staff is so friendly and attantive
Absolutely worst place!!! Zero communication between doctors and patients. One or two absolutely ridiculously rude hygienists. Waiting in the office forever for an appointment. Too many patients, over staffing appointments. Then upon second opinion after ridiculous contraption was put in my daughters mouth the new job after showed me how bad their work was. My daughter absolutely loved her visit, they did a wonderful job with the X-rays down to the cleaning explaining everything they were going to do in a kid friendly way. She has an amazing g experience I couldn't thank you all enough!
The dentists are Excellent! Very child friendly. Loved this place until I heard Brooke who works in the front was talking about us outside of work and I shouldn't be hearing about other patients either that go their. Very unprofessional! And HIPPA
