overall, I am pleased with the practice. the dentist and hygienists are very good with the little ones (and their parents). there is something, however, maybe about the waiting room, that gives me the feeling that the practice just moved in and hasn't quite finished moving in. Right now, I can't put my finger on what it is exactly. but, whatever it is, it gives me a slight bit of hesitation about whether this is an established and trustworthy practice. I was very nervous about my son's appointment yesterday. Staff did a wonderful job as always making him comfortable and all of the instructions that were explained to me about oral sedation helped ease my concerns. My son slept through it all and thoroughly enjoyed what I think was his first and what I hope was his last experience with narcotics.

The whole visit was excellent however your staff does not know how to process our insurance. I had to call my son's orthodontist for instructions to guide your staff on how to process my insurance.

Dr. Fontes was absolutely fantastic with Abby. Abby was very nervous leading up to the appointment, but Dr. Fontes' bedside manner QUICKLY put her at ease. It was as pain free as 3 cavities filled could possibly be. Abby comes in again in 2 weeks to do the other 3 fillings (we are definitely better flossers now), and so far she has shown no uneasiness about coming back. We are very happy with the whole situation!
