The lady cleaning F.'s teeth could have been a little bit more friendly. She was a little too "cool" for a pediatrics clinic and never smiled. But she did a good job, was otherwise professional and polite. The dentist, Dr. Fontes, is a very good dentist. She's gentle, kind, friendly and very competent. The 5 stars here are for her and the friendly front desk staff at your Fairfax office.

Dr. Fontes is an exceptional dentist. The kind that if she were to leave the practice we'd follow her EVEN if she went out of our insurance network. Your receptionist needs a little training on financial options. She charged me my entire insurance deductible plus my co-pay for the visit, which amounted to more than the cost of the visit itself. The nurse was a little too rough in cleaning Emily's teeth and pulling very hard so her head came off the pillow/chair several times.

Offer to put more age appropriate tv on (like Disney jr instead of scooby doo.) minor detail. Overall the team was great and patient with my unsure crew.
