Great practice and staff. Everyone knows how to handle children effectively. However, I get a voicemail confirming my appointment with the caveat of "if you're more than 15 minutes late you'll have to reschedule your appointment." For ALL my children's visits, I wait at least 15 minutes PAST the appointment time. Yesterday, I waited 17 minutes. It's OK for you and not for me? Either you correct this delay or we find another practice that respects the customer's time.

Thank you for your feedback. The reason for implementing the late policy is to better help us run on schedule. Patients who do run late cause us to in turn run late as well. In order to correct this and allow us to run on schedule we have implemented this policy. We apologize the doctor ran late for your appointment but this should correct these problems for future appointments. Your feedback has been shared with the doctor as well.
Today,a nurse informed how the procesure went on my child. I prefer Dr. Han to inform how things are even if it is just 5 minutes.

Appointments seem to be moving much more quickly now. Less wait time in the front area, which is greatly appreciated by all families, I am sure! Glad all is going well and I expect my daughter will graduate soon to an adult dentist.

I have been here with my son now a few times since 2009. They have always been pleasant and professional. They also work with you regarding scheduling and payment plans if it is needed. The doctors are always sure to explain everything in a way that you understand. My son had fillings done today and while I could not go back with him, they came out several times to keep me updated on his progress and to let me know how he was doing. While no parent enjoys a dentist visit to fill a cavity for their anxious child, the dentist and entire staff took amazing care of my daughter today. Our visit resulted in more work than initially thought ( due to my child's previous anxiety about X-rays). Dr. Fontes took the time to preform all of the work during this visit instead of making me bring an anxious child back for more work.
