This is a review of the new Hoover location across from Target. I understand things can happen so I have given a lot of grace but this has become a very frustrating ordeal. The most recent issue was our sons appointments being changed without our knowledge or consent. Instead of acknowledging the mistake it was made to seem as if we called in and changed the appointments ourselves. We did not. Coincidentally the dentist was also not in the office that day. The atmosphere, staff, and experience was everything that I expected. We will definitely be coming back. I have a 2 year old and they're not always easy to handle especially in this setting but Karla, the hygienist as well as the doctor were amazing! 10/10
Always a pleasant and wonderful experience. My 5 children have been patients here for the last 13 years and counting.
