Stacy does not communicate. We have been here a month and she has been late to EVERY appointment. No communication what so ever. We never know shes late or cancelling till last minute.

I agree with another poster about lack of empathy. These people are just trying to get by while doing minimal work, they don't love what they do and IT SHOWS. Our kids needs genuine approach, not fake smiles and looking at the clock constantly, it is nauseating.

Horrible, initial appointment canceled that day by therapist. Per instruction of therapist, rescheduled for 3 weeks later, again that appointment canceled by therapist. Reached out to therapist via phone call twice with no response. I understand emergencies and scheduling conflicts arise, however if you are desperate to stop a behavioral spiral of child you will waste weeks waiting. I can't believe the lack of empathy for a child from a child therapist in this profession.

Very nice caring place, staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Pediatric Counseling Services to everyone needing these services.
