First time taking my daughter there. Called that morning and they got her in an hour later. Very friendly staff. Becca was great with Aryanna. Very nice and addresses all of our concerns. The only problem i had is that i had to wait 4 hrs for her antibiotic to be called in.
I love the staff! The building is clean and beautiful and kid friendly. Couldn't find a better group of people to care for my kids than this place!

I called athe least 40 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was running behind. I as waiting for someone to come to watch my other 3 children. I was told I was not considered late until 10 after my appointment time. I ended up being 15 minutes late. I drove 30 minutes to be told sorry we won't see you because you are late. I was never told if I didn't make it by 10 minutes past my appointment they wouldn't see me. The office manager seemed to have no compassion either.
They are really good Doctors, and they helped me a lot in my life!
