Rude and unprofessional staff. I'd rate 0 if I could.
Doctors are very nice. Walk ins accepted (up to 6 I believe) which is great if your kid wakes up not feeling good you don't have to make an appointment and worry about him/her for a few days. They ask if you have any questions. Instead of just looking in a kids ear they will say they are looking for cats or something cute to relax the child. Also they use flavored tongue depressors. When they give shots they do so quickly.
This place Is horrible!!! My newborn went twice both times the doctor didn’t examine him he just asked us questions about him. I told dr garbarino his noise has been stuffy since he was born the doctor told me that’s normal lol like how if he’s 2 months that’s not normal!! I go home and call to see if there’s something he can take nobody called back I left a voice message. Asked the receptionist can she tell them she told me she’ll personally let them know for me and still no call back and it’s been 2 weeks!! I gave up went ... read more
