After seven years bringing my kids to Robert Neilson he dropped us today because we missed two appointments. One of which was because my baby was projectile vomiting and was too sick to go to her scheduled appointment. They didn’t have any remorse and Robert was extremely rude about the situation. Our family has been taking our kids here for over 25 years. I can’t even imagine what I would do if they weren’t around. They have the best of the best Doctors and staff including my sons incredible Doctor. Dr. Clawson is one Amazing woman and I’m so glad she’s there to care for my son when he’s sick. I absolutely can’t say enough positive things about this office. Thank you all!!

The way my 4 year old grandson was treated was horrible she's lucky I wasn't there, cause I'm a mean you know what if you mess with my grandson or my daughter. Dr. Ann Beranko you shouldn't be allowed to work with children, period.
Dr. Berry is phenomenal! She was referred to us by several family members and we couldn't be more satisfied!we love this place!!!
Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever had! We've been going there for 10 years (never had a late payment, always on time,etc.,so no reason for us to be treated like this), Dr.Berry is awesome. But as good of a Dr as she is, NOTHING could make me go back there, after the receptionist (Kiley) treated both me and my son like garbage.
