Dr. Lorraine James was friendly and helpful. However, the services at the front desk and some nurses were absolutely horrible. We had an appointment today at 9.00 am. We were referred by Medical City NICU, and the same doctor initially visited my newborn son on the 8th of June and performed an Echo. Everything was okay and covered by our insurance. Let it be known, this is solely for the front office admin who answered my call on 10.27.2025 and was extremely rude when I had asked if a referral came through. Absolutely 0 sense in customer service skills and I requested our OB for another pediatric cardiologist since whoever was fielding calls doesn’t know how to talk to people.
Front desk was rude. Went into the exam room had to replace blanket and paper on examine table. Looked like it wasn't changed after previous patient. Only cane to this clinic to follow se eapen. We love her been with her for years.
Dr. Al Kubaisi, Dr Eapen, and Jenny are a dream to work with. Dr Al kubaisi is so friendly, thoughtful, and takes care of business when needed! My daughter has been in his care since before she was born. He’s made sure she was well cared for even when she was at other hospitals. Jenny is very kind, relatable, and never drops the ball!
