745 appointment (first of the day) and weren't seen by the doctor until 830. Then we booked a 2.5 year old check up and since he's 29 months instead of 30 months they charged us for a sick visit. Won't be using them in the future.
Very sad that after 9 years this place has gotten like this!!! I have been waiting for two hours with my son (fever, hives, swollen lip) while child after child goes in!!! They need more slots open for sick children. There are two really sick children here and it's been two hours!!! I've heard rumors and confirmed it today...factory style office!!!
2 hrs waiting and the manager Stephanie called the frustrated parents "crazies"!!!!
Terrible waiting time. Our appointment was at 11:30 and we saw the doctor at 1:00! I asked to be seen by another doctor but that was not possible, they were all busy. We were the last ones in the waiting room, maybe they were busy having lunch. This is not the first time it happens. Really disappointed about the service. A baby shouldn't wait that long in a doctor's office!
