Horrible experience. I absolutely hate coming to this office. They never and I mean NEVER see you anywhere close to your appointment time. My son's last appointment was at 8:45am and wasnt seen till after 11am. This i s not a 1 time issue. This is every visit for the past 10 years even before they moved to the Kendall office. I am happy to say that we are moving to a new pediatrician. Thank God no more of the terrible and unprofessional service with this practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been bringing my children to Pediatric Associates West Kendall since the year my daughter was born, 2005, when they were in the old location off of Bird Rd. When they moved their office to Kendall it became a much longer drive for me, but I never questioned whether I would leave or stay. The staff and doctors are like family. Yamile Ramos, now a manager in the office, was always a vey special nurse to us. She was always so sweet and caring towards my children. Every staff that works at the 137 and Miller drive location are very professional and top of the lines human beings. Thank you everyone for making our most precious ones feel at home.
