Staff is great but the wait time is ridiculous. There is no point in having an appointment you will sit there waiting outside for a very long time. That's not to mention the second wait time you will endure inside. For those working parents take the day off you will spend most of your time waiting .....
La oficina de West Kendall es una de las peores, la administración es malísima, te hacen esperar por lo menos 2 horas o más, la administración es de lo peor!!!!!! yo muchas veces prefiero llevar a mis niños a la emergencia o al outpatient Care antes de traerlos acá.....
Excellent service and always with a smile.My kids have been with Pediatric Associates and Dr. Romano-Silva over 15 years now and we've never had a complaint! She goes out of her way to help every time we need her and we absolutely love her. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would never go anywhere else with my kids! Thank you so much for all the years of great service...
