I am happy with being a pediatric associates patient. Our regular doctor, Dr. Santos is wonderful and open minded. I usually have a short waiting time. I like that I can always get a sick appointment with them and if they don't have availability at my regular office, they can always fit me into another office to be seen.
I usually go to the chapel trail location from but this one was closer to use this morning. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I’ve been waiting for exactly 2 hours now WITH AN APPOINTMENT and they still haven’t called us in to the room yet. NEVER AGAIN.
