I have absolutely no complaints about pediatric associates! My go to doctor is Dr. Cohn. But I also have seen Dr. Pe, Dr Light, and Dr. Ann for sick visits. Anytime I have needed any help or a concern, (which being a first time mom I needed tons of help) they never once gave me any issues. I highly recommend!
Terrible! Paperwork always lost, records never updated properly! Customer service is horrible. So glad I am pulling my children out of there. I updated my address and phone number 4 times before they finally input it in the system. This lead to miss appointments, issues with medication and missing forms.
I love this place. My daughter has been a patient for almost 11 years and only had one problem with retuning phone calls. I love DR Ann and my daughter is so comfortable with her.
