I believe that the point of making an Appointment is to be seen at said time!! I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour and a half to see my son’s doctor. Then when I voice my opinion be falsely accused of being disrespectful to the staff!! I understand things happen but with communication people understand each other better. I can say 9 out of 10 times I’ve always had an issue with this office staff!
Great friendly group of people who love children. Fast process and very knowledgeable in what they do. Plus I got to see one of my classmates back in high school working there. Glad she picked that clinic to be apart of. Keep up the great work! — with Monica Callaway.

We had our first appointment today for all 3 of my kids. First of all, this is the first time I got all 3 seen on the same day and time with no issue. The check in process was very easy and quick! We didn't have to wait long at all before we were called back by Olga Ayala, who is absolutely amazing! Olga finished up all the initial vitals and we waited maybe 10 mintues and Dr. Muoio came in. better customer service and when you arrive on time for an appointment you should not have to wait 2 hours to be seen by the dr.
We loveeeee Dr. Cato! Her accuracy on diagnosis is phenomenal, the office is open 7 days a week and very convenient.
