The waits are horrendous and the pandemic safety measures are a bit ridiculous. Both my children (1 and 3) had their annuals at the same time. My husband specifically asked when making the appointment if two adults could be present as they are both a bit of a handful at their current age and both would be getting vaccines (so crying and consoling would be inevitable). We were told yes absolutely 1 adult per child. So my mom came with me only for us to be told at the door sorry only one adult allowed in per CDC guidelines (I ... read more

Been coming here for 12 years and now you don't have any time to see my sick child. When I made a telemed appointment no one ever called me back and when I called no one answers or returns my call. Very disappointing!

The wait time is frustrating and it takes days to get a referral sent to insurance, but with all the extra covid precautions not super surprising. Highly recommend giving them your contact info and asking to wait in your car until you’re called. They have amazing supportive care after hours and was great at getting our kids seen immediately. All of the doctors in the practice are great. But the wait times are horrendous. If my appointment is at 9am I shouldn't be in the room waiting for the doctor for 90 mins. It happens every time.
