RecommendedMy son has ASD. We went in for annual wellness check up. He was upset and worried he was going to get shots. I tried to calm him and reassure him he’s not getting shots. I can see a meltdown coming on. Staff was great. She gave him space and waited for him to come to her. Everybody he came in contact with reassured him he was not getting shots. They respected me when I said he will not be getting the flu shot (he has had adverse side effects in the past and was seriously sick for over four weeks.). He did well. No meltdowns.... read more

Horrible wait times, usually wait 1 1/2-2 hours.
They are absolutely wonderful in every way needed for the care of my baby. I have a difficult situation and they have been supportive from the beginning. From the front office staff, medical assistants/nurses, lab and doctors everyone has been great!!

This is the second time they have royally screwed up with billing. A year ago, they didn’t update their system with my Son’s current insurance and took close to a year to finally getting that resolved only to go through the exact same situation this week but now with my Daughter’s insurance claims. The front office is staffed by numerous young ladies that is blatantly obvious they could not care less for their wrong doing. Once this is resolved, we will never set foot at Pediatric Associates.
