To Whom It May Concern, I asked if Covi temperature can be taken somewhere else besides my child forehead, and the nurse told no, that if i wanted i can cancel the appointment and go home. She made wait in the street . No all Covi symptoms include temperature, specially on children where more than 80% have no symptoms at all. Very rude. The temperature is taken again via ear with infrared again inside the room. No point to expose our children twice to infrared. We are all ginea pigs. RecommendedI’ve been going here for almost 7 years. Staff and doctors are amazing. I took my daughter this morning for her 2 year well visit. When we walked in there were a few people on the sick area and 2 people in the well area. As I was waiting more people came in. A little baby, 3 kids, and 4 adults. And more were going to come in. The little waiting room had way too many people in there. Office should pay more attention to how many people are in in the waiting rooms.
