Wait for hours on phone to get hung up and no call back. Immunizations not on portal like they should be and when you try and request them by phone and the request option, you get wrong form or are waiting hours to speak to someone. I also requested pin so that I may look it up on my own....just trying to get my son back to school! Frustrating!!!! I work and don’t have hours on out to get assistance

I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience in my life with my son. Took my 2 year old for a WellCheck ! Which I found out later they scheduled him wrong. Dr. Lori Leiman, worst pediatrician I’ve ever met. She rushed me and my son the entire time. She barely had time to answer any of my questions. I asked her for my son’s height which she refused to check, she claimed she was in a rush and didn’t have time... then she basically told me to give my son Benadryl to put him to sleep. In addition you get experienced and PA trained to current standards Medical Assistants, Lab and X-ray Technicians and the best of customer service and attention from the Medical Reception team as well. RecommendedThey are always very nice, courteous and very funny with the kids, making them feel like it's not a doctor visit. They are also very good with timing whenever I have an appointment. Nothing to complain about or change.
