My 3 year old had his first check up with Dr. Andrew and his team when he was 2. He gets excited when he hears he is getting to go to the dentist. The overhead trains are a huge hit and the staff are all professional, friendly and wonderful with children. They also have seen my teenage daughter and she enjoys the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. What is more wonderful is that every time we have seen them, we see the same hygenist. Dr. Andrew and his staff at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry are absolutely AWESOME!! My youngest son needed his dental treatment done in the O.R., I was really nervous but Dr. Andrew and his team was wonderful at the hospital with my son. Dr. Andrew was there for us before the surgery and he was there with us when my son woke up from the surgery checking up on my little guy! After going to Syracuse for years we decided to try the pediatric dentist here at home . What a pleasant experiance for both of our boys. Our youngest has autism and we were amazed by the care he got - the first time we left the dentist without having shed any tears at all ! I have been taking my kids to Dr. Andrew for about 5 years now and they love going to the dentist. They have a way of making kids feel very comfortable, as a parent it makes dentist appointments more enjoyable. I don't have to worry about going to the dentist and have my son clench his teeth so tight that they can't work on him, all thanks to the gentle hands at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry.
I had appointments for my 6yo, 4yo and 18mo all at the same time for our first visit and the ladies in the office were amazing. It could have been a disaster but all of my kids were having fun and thoroughly enjoyed their cleanings and even xrays. The doctor was wonderful at explaining the work my son needed and how the whole treatment would take place.
My 3 year son was very scared and was hard to calm down however the dentist was very patient and was able to complete the procedure through it all. Thanks again.
Took my two oldest children (6 and 3) for a cleaning and checkup. They were above and beyond phenomenal with both kids and even got the 3 year old to do the whole cleaning in the chair by herself and do x-rays for the first time. They even cleaned and checked my infants teeth! Miss Mariah and Dr. Andrew are exceptional at what they do.
I love that our kids look forward to going to the dentist! Dixie and Dr. Beuttenmuller did a great job, and it was a positive experience.
I have been bringing my autistic daughter here for years. The entire staff has always been patient and kind to us. My daughter enjoys coming to visit. The facility is set up for the comfort of children, with a model train running at ceiling height and movies at the chairs. Plus, stuffed animals to hold.
