Dr. A and his staff are really super nice people and are very helpful! My son really likes it there. And he was scared of the dentist. Thank you so much! Would recommend to anyone!
i would highly recommend this office they have been great with my kids. My daughter had a really bad experience with a different dentist in Carthage and was terrified ever sense then but when my daughter came to here she weamed up in only a couple appointments. She even love this place and was upset when her brother had his teeth cleaned and not her because she already had her done before his, so that tells you a lot. I wouldn't go to any other place but here with my kids! They are the BEST and very great with kids.
My two boys (3 and 5), love going to Watertown Pediatric Dentistry. Before moving to NY, my children were afraid of the dentist. Now, they love it. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere couldn't be more perfect for children.
My son loves the dentist because of this doctor and his staff. Before we went to this dentist, he had terrible experiences and I never thought anyone could bring him back from it. I am thankful!

They were extremely patient with my child. I would recommend to any child. Very pleased.
Dr Andrew, and Miss Stephanie are Fantastic with my 4 year old daughter. They encourage her, praise her, and explain things to her. She LOVES going to the dentist, and just beams with pride when we leave. I couldn't ask for any better, Great atmosphere, and very caring.
I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Andrew and his staff are. My kids leave there saying they had fun! Every step of the way, from the front desk to the girls in the back. They are friendly and talk to the kids in a way that makes them more comfortable and at ease. Having movies for them to watch is a super nice touch and my daughter loves the train! She says bye to it and see you soon when we leave! Thank you for being such a great place. Makes me feel good as their mom knowing they are in great hands and aren't scared.
The staff was great! From the moment we walked in everyone was very warm and welcoming. The dentist and his assistants were very friendly and did not make me or my kids uncomfortable in any way. They took their time with my kids and didn't rush anything. They explained everything to me so I could understand. Overall my kids loved it and loved the people there it was not a scary or intimidating experience for my children at all!
